Delete Your OmniTalk Data
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This page explains how to delete your data from OmniTalk — Real-Time Voice Translator, on Android and iOS. OmniTalk has no accounts, so there is no account to delete.
1. Data on your phone
- One conversation: open the History tab and delete it.
- Everything: uninstall the app. This removes your conversation history, saved recordings, and settings from the phone.
If Android backup or iCloud is on, a copy of your history and settings may also be in your own Google or iCloud backup. You can remove it in your Google account or iCloud settings.
2. Data we keep — ask us to delete it
We do not store your conversations, audio, or translations. We keep only:
- usage analytics (which features are used, never what you say),
- support messages and feedback you sent us,
- on Android, the PRO hours record (plan, billing period, and seconds used, linked to a one-way hashed purchase token).
To have this deleted:
- In the app, open Settings → Support and note the 8-character ID shown there.
- Email support@omnitalkapp.com with the subject "OmniTalk data deletion request" and include that ID.
- We delete the analytics, support messages, and PRO hours record linked to that ID within 30 days and reply to confirm.
3. What is not deleted
- Purchase and billing records kept by Google Play or the App Store. They are managed by Google or Apple, under their own policies.
- If you still have an active PRO subscription, a new PRO hours record is created the next time you use PRO. Cancel the subscription in Google Play or the App Store first if you want to stop this.
